Hey everyone, just a quick update. We landed in Auckland on Wednesday (traveling pretty much took all day, plus the time change) and explored around our immediate area. Yesterday was the scavenger hunt, which was fun. My team was the first one done and also the first to arrive, it was a lot of fun (Melbourne is better) but it was really fun to wander around and see everything. We're all experienced travelers now, it's amazing to see the difference from the first hunt in Melbourne. We are all a lot more confident :)
We also went to a museum and saw a pretty awesome Maori culture presentation. Which was a show with traditional songs, games and dances. It was pretty cool, the war dance was really intimidating.
Last night we went grocery shopping. Cassie, Katherine and I are roommates and were happy that we successfully budgeted and bought groceries for the week. I made eggs and toast this morning (without burning them!) Today we have school, figuring out codes and ids and all that stuff.
Anyway, just wanted to give a quick update. I'll post more soon.
Ella is roommates with Hannah and Britha and Maddy is with Jen and Stephanie. :)
